1. Where there is hatred, let me sow Love.
မုန္းတီးျခင္းမွ ခ်စ္ျခင္းသို႕ ပ်ိဳးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါလိုဧ။္
2. Where there is doubt, let me sow faith.
ယံုမွားျခင္းမွ ယံုၾကည္ျခင္းသို႕ ပ်ိဳးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါလိုဧ။္
3. Where there is darkness, let me sow Light.
ေမွာင္မိုက္ျခင္းမွ အလင္းဆီသို႕ ပ်ိဳးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါလိုဧ။္
4. Where there is despair, let me sow hope.
အားငယ္ျခင္းမွ ေမွ်ာ္လင့္ျခင္းသို႔ ပ်ိဳးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါလိုဧ။္
5. Where there is injury, let me sow pardon.
နားက်ဥ္းျခင္းမွ ခြင့္လႊတ္ျခင္းသို႕ ပ်ိဳးေထာင္ႏိုင္ရပါလိုဧ။္
6. For it is in giving that we receive.
It is in pardoning that we pardoned.
It is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life.
ေပးကမ္းျခင္းရရွိပါဧ။္
ခြင့္လႊတ္ျခင္းျဖင့္ ခြင့္လႊတ္ခံရပါဧ။္
ေသဆံုးျခင္းျဖင့္ အသစ္တဖန္ေမြးဖြါး၍ ထာ၀ရအသက္ရွင္ရပါလိုဧ။္
